DRAEGER SETTLEMENT

16 March, 2018

In August 2017, PC Pursuit, Inc. distributed a report titled “Trustworthy Computing
Perspectives on the Draeger Alcotest 9510” (the “Report”) and various materials related
thereto, including a pamphlet titled, “Defective Design = Reasonable Doubt.” Draeger
alleges that PC Pursuit published this material in violation of a Snohomish County
Washington District Court “Protective Order.” PC Pursuit never intended to violate the
Protective Order and denies any wrongdoing. But PC Pursuit does agree with Draeger on
the following points:

  1. The Report was in draft form and based on incomplete data.

  2. The Report was prepared before PC Pursuit had the opportunity to complete a
comprehensive review of the Draeger Alcotest 9510.

  3. For the above reasons, no one in possession of the Report should rely on it for
    any purpose.

PC Pursuit also requests that anyone in possession of the Report destroy any copies in
their possession and to cease any further distribution of the Report.
